Beverage pretreatment System is a set of pretreatment device that can be used for hot filling, carbonated soft drink beverage production line, which contains professional design of processing flow, qualified sanitary pipe and fittings, precise gauges, and electrical components.

System Content:

Hot water system, sugar dissolving system (simple syrup system), concentrate system, blending system (final syrup system), CIP system, extraction system, all kinds of storage tank/ valves/ pipe/fittings, UHT system (plate/ tubular type), and carbo-cooler/ mixer (manual/ automatic).

Application Scope:

Treat municipal and industrial waste water, produce water for food & beverage manufacture, water for beer diastatic fermentation, city water supply and drainage, water for boiler, high pure water for electronic industry, water for injection and pharmaceutical industry, and propose sea water desalination system.
